Making cleaning easier with Vileda SuperMocio 3Action

I’m turning into my mother!

When it comes to cleaning. Growing up I remember my mum would buy the latest cleaning product shown on TV.
Anything that made cleaning less of a chore.

I used to hoover, clean the kitchen and bathroom daily and mop our lino flooring every other day or if anything was spilled.

Since we moved our new home is 90% tiled flooring. I’m cleaning daily.
The amount of dirt that gets walked in especially on rainy days drives me mad!

Like my mum I’ve tried and tested many different floor cleaning devices; many didn’t live up to the hype or needed ‘specialist branded products’ to use with it – costing a fortune and an overpowering scent.

So I’ve gone back to the good old fashioned mop and bucket.

Nails Inc Festival Collection and How to do them

I recently purchased the Nails Inc Festival Collection, 8 bottles of magnetic nail polishes for £8.00 (plus postage) usual RRP £104.00*.

In this collection you get:

London town

Houses of Parliament

Shaftesbury Avenue

Kensington Palace

How to use magnetic nail polish

Firstly I like to prep my nails, giving them a good file and shape then applying a base coat.

I always apply a base coat. When I was in my teens I regularly painted my nails without and it stained my nails every time.

Next having chosen my colour, take the top lid off and put to one side. I apply one thin coat to all five nails on one hand.

Fidget Cube; Not Just For Children, Helping with Stress & Anxiety

They’re all the latest craze right now, but fidget cubes aren’t just for children.

For as long as I can remember I’ve had an issue with sitting still.

I can remember as a child clicking the buttons on the remote trying to not accidently change the channel.

Running my fingers on my sleeves. Twirling my hair.
In school I used to tap the table or rapidly click my pen.

As I’ve got older I still click the remote though I have a separate one to the one for the TV. I used to click the mute button on my stereo under my indicator when stuck in traffic.

I can’t sit though a tv programme without doing something!

I’ve been searching for something that was less annoying for my family. I needed something small enough for my hands but gave me the same impact.

So when I found fidget cubes one day while scrolling through social media, I started doing some research.

Our Family Experience with The New Prezzo La Famiglia Pasta Sharing Bowl

My family and I love Italian food and eating out.

When we were invited to try the new La Famiglia pasta sharing bowl at Prezzo we were all looking to it.

We pre booked our table online the day before, there is an option for requirements too. For example: I wrote that we required a highchair.

Our chosen Prezzo restaurant was the Eastbourne branch. Situated a stones throw from Eastbourne station.

Upon arrival, the restaurant looked fairly busy, the host greeted our daughter and I (daddy was parking the car), welcomed us and showed us to our table that was waiting for us.

The host gave our daughter some crayons and a activity sheet to keep her occupied.

Making Craft Shirts for Father’s Day

If you read about our Mothering Sunday freestanding cards.

For Father’s Day we’re making origami shirts.

I came across this idea when looking for inspiration. I wanted to do something similar to what we made my daughter’s Nanny’s, though I didn’t want to do a freestanding Grandad card.

Not because I didn’t want to, I just couldn’t get the right template and we’re fast approaching the day. Nothing like leaving it to the last minute!

Where to Begin
